Regrettably, while we understand cannabis is legal in Colorado and it is enjoyed recreationally, we do not allow smoking cannabis, cigarettes, or vaping in rooms or anywhere within 15 feet of the building. If in violation, a deep-cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to your card on file. We do offer a relaxing gazebo and sitting area by the river where you may smoke cannabis, cigarette, or vape away from the building.

Pets: We only allow service animals on the property. Under the ADA laws, a service animal is a dog individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The job (s) conducted by the dog must be directly related to the person's disability. Per the ADA website (pdf), emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals do not qualify, and each situation will need to be assessed by the on-duty manager. Please call and discuss your case ahead of arrival.
