Hotel Policy & Frequently Asked Questions

We know you have many choices when making your getaway decisions, and we thank you for choosing RiverWalk Inn during your stay in Pagosa Springs.

Your stay includes: Complimentary Daily Housekeeping, Continental Breakfast, high-speed WIFI (Fiber),  FREE Parking, outdoor patio use, and use of our dry sauna and hot tub.

Your room includes a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a microwave, which is available upon request.

Check-in time and Check-out time:

Check-in – 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday)
Check-in – 3:00 PM-Midnight (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) 
Check-out – 10 AM. 

Should you be arriving after 11 PM, please let us know so we can send late check-in instructions. We will send this on the day of arrival as our lock box codes change.

Cancellations:

Guests may change or cancel their reservation if notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the check-in time of 3:00 pm for the day of arrival.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival time will incur a cancellation charge..

Smoke-Free Hotel: 

RiverWalk Inn is a smoke-free hotel.   No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted on the property outside of designated outdoor smoking areas.  No smoking of marijuana is allowed in any guest room or anywhere on the property at any time.  A deep cleaning charge of $250, or higher based on additional cleaning time, will be charged for smoking in a room and/or for deodorizing any room of strong or unusual scents, fragrances, or odors resulting from your use of the room.  

Pet Free Hotel:

RiverWalk Inn is a pet-free hotel.  A deep cleaning charge will be billed to any hotel room in which a pet is allowed entry.  Service animals, as defined under Federal and/or Colorado state law, are accepted. Under the ADA laws, a service animal is an animal individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The job (s) conducted by the animal must be directly related to the person’s disability. Per the ADA website, emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals do not qualify.  

Reservation Policy: 

You must be at least 18 years of age to reserve a room. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. Rates increase by $15 or more for each additional adult 16 years or older. Special requests are noted, but not guaranteed, and will be honored on a space-available basis. 

Payments:

Paying with cash – A credit card will be kept on file for security purposes. 

Paying with a credit card (all major credit cards) – A Pre-authorization may be charged 48 hours before check-in. You can pay with cash or a credit card upon check-in.

Lost & Found: 

We will keep your belongings for up to 30 days and return them to you upon request. We will charge your card on file for shipping and handling.

RiverWalk Inn is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Guests of RiverWalk Inn acknowledge responsibility and agree to pay for any damages they or their guests may cause, using the credit card used for their reservation or other means. Guests will not hold RiverWalk Inn responsible for accidents or injuries to themselves or their guests while on the property. RiverWalk Inn cannot be responsible for valuables left in rooms.
